Postage Information

Packing and posting your items with care may take 2-12 working days depending on the amount of outgoing orders, please be patient during this time period. Once your items have been posted you will receive a tracking notification to the email address that was provided upon purchase, please check your spam folder if you are unable to find your tracking number within the postage time frame, if you are still unable to locate the tracking number please contact us so we can provide it to you.

Delivery can take between 3 to 7 working business days according to AusPost, this will vary depending on your location. Holiday periods may also affect this time frame.

If you haven't received your parcel within a two week period after receiving your tracking notification please contact us immediately  so we are able to look into the issue for you.
