Refund policy

We have a One week report policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your package to inform us of any breaks, damages or issues with your order. You may only request a refund if a break or damages have occurred during postage.

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of damages in the form of a photo.

If your request for a refund is accepted you will receive the amount paid the amount for the damaged product within 2-3 working business days.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order the same day of delivery and contact us immediately if any breaks, damages have occurred, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on any sale and or clearance items regardless of breaks and damages as some of these items have been marked down for this specific reason, any damages will always be stated and shown before purchase.

Please read the descriptions in product listing's carefully and check the size of the item before you decide on purchasing as we do not offer returns if your are unhappy with the size of the item received.

Crystals and Rocks contain minor natural cracks, indentations and abrasions this will usually be stated upon purchase regarding specific items either in the description of the items listing or during a live sale, these items are not eligible for refund. Only major damages or breaks will be accepted for refund. 

We do not offer change of mind returns. We can only offer you a refund if the product is broken or damaged.

Exchanges / Store Credit.

If you have received a damaged item in your order please contact us immediately, you are welcome to either request the amount to be refunded by the original payment method or you may choose to use the amount for other items or request a replacement item.
