TikTok Live Sale Rules

To ensure a fair and positive selling environment, we have established the following rules for our TikTok Live sales.

  1. Claim Payment Deadline: All claims made during the lives must be paid within a two-week period from the initial claim date unless discussed otherwise. This allows sufficient time for customers to make payment without issue.
  2. No Put Backs: Once the TikTok Live has ended and the claims are listed, we do not allow putbacks or the cancellation of claims. This policy is essential to maintain order and fairness for all live sale participants. If you refuse to pay for your claims it will result in the items being put back and you may be blocked, you will not be welcome to purchase from the live sales again.
  3. Be kind: Treat all customers with kindness and respect. Discrimination or harassment based on race, religion, sexual orientation or any other factors will not be tolerated.
  4. Reporting Bullying: If you encounter any form of bullying or harassment during our TikTok Live sessions, we encourage you to report it immediately to tiktok and the live host so that we can remove that individual from the lives. Our priority is to create a safe and welcoming community for all crystal enthusiasts.
  5. Only genuine claims will be accepted. Misleading or fraudulent claims will result in immediate removal from the live session. Please make sure you follow our TikTok channel if you make claims during a live so we can communicate easily. If you're not following before claims are due to be listed your items will be returned and you will be blocked.
  6. Any questions or concerns about the products should be asked in a polite and respectful manner. We are here to provide clarification and assistance.
  7. Payments can be made via secure online transaction methods such as bank transfer or PayPal. Details will be provided at the end of each TikTok Live.

New Claimer/ Customer information:

Let me start by saying Thankyou for choosing to support my small business! You may start a basket simply by claiming in the live sales! There are no specific claim codes needed but we do request if you wish to claim an item comment (Claim, Mine, Sold or C) before the name, material or shape of the item you wish to purchase. After each live sale your claims will be listed here on the website under the TikTok Live Claims category, you can also find your listing by searching your TikTok name in the search bar.

New Customers are set to a maximum spend of $200 for the first basket once this amount is fully paid you are welcome to add to you order in the next live or have your items shipped out. This is a one time set maximum cap spend for first interactions to avoid unpaid or abandoned baskets, after your first successful purchase you are welcome to spend as much as you like on your return. Open baskets are an option to save on shipping costs and on the house payment plans are also available after the first purchase.

Please be aware that TikTok does sometimes have a lag in comments and your claim might show first on your end but could show different on my screen please be patient as this is a ongoing technical issue, if you have missed out on an item you have had your eye on just let me know and I'm happy to restock them.
